No it is not. The developer took the idea and turned it into a game where you may walk around and eventually make your way out of the office. Avoid being taken by ghosts by hiding and using the environment. The graphics look like Blender 3D animation especially by the way each room is lit which very cleverly adds to the creepy-but-realistic environment.
